Rhode Island Food Culture: Dining, Drinking & Food Stuff

I couldn't find a way to respond to Leigh Ranucci, so I'm doing it this way...thanks for the article! I love the stuff and I learned a lot from "Sake 101." Some of the best sake I've had has been in some of the best sushi restaurants I've been to: Morimoto in Philly and NYC, as well as Matsuhisa in Aspen, CO (Nobu's place). These guys have their own brands of sake imported from Japan and you just can't get them in any store.

Our goal was not to create another place for people to get hit with a one way information flow, but to start a dynamic, group conversation about food culture in Rhode island by all who are passionate about it. Bon Appetite
