- Favorite Restaurant in Rhode Island
- Al Forno for the whole package. It never disappoints. Persimmon in Bristol is also excellent. Asterisk in Newport has a great bistro feel and one of the best bars (and best espresso martini) in the state. Red Stripe for fun atmosphere and dinner with friends. Mill's Tavern is knocking it out of the ballpark once again as well. And, of course, the Back Eddy in Westport, Ma for the best in local seafood and produce...and great bartenders.

- I'm not a dessert guy...would rather have an extra appetizer any day!
- Favorite Cheap Eats
- Flo's in Portsmouth...take a drive to Fall River and check out the Ugly American for great burgers and unusual sides...Apsara Palace on Hope Street is great.
- Condiment you can't live without
- Hoisin sauce...I do a lot of Asian inspired cooking.

This place is usually packed whenever I go there.
There was a similar place a couple blocks down from my old house in Philadelphia. Place was always busy. The tea bar did more business then the pseudo Asian cuisine in an adjacent room.
