About Me:
I am currently the Executive Chef at 39 West Restaurant ang Lounge in Cranston RI. As a young chef I am focusing like many chefs to really utilize local farms and purvayors for the best quality ingredients available. I pull inspiration from many chefs, read, and observe everyday to find ways to make myself a better chef in the kitchen. Currently we are going through a big change in our menu, as far as not doing strictly Knightsville Cranston Italian food, but bring other things to the table that, that neck of the woods doesnt have. Anything that I can do to get better as a chef and help make Rhode Island's culinary scene grow is my inspiration.

Our goal was not to create another place for people to get hit with a one way information flow, but to start a dynamic, group conversation about food culture in Rhode island by all who are passionate about it. Bon Appetite
