what happened to Parkside?

Anybody know what happened to Parkside. I ate there a few years ago and the rotisserie offerings were pretty good. I went there recently and it was DREADFUL. The place was 1/2 full (1/2 empty) and the service was still terrible. The appetizers, particularly the calamari, were worse than average.
