Thanks again for letting me do the piece on Lobster.COM. It was a lot of fun! We'll have to think of an excuse to hang out over a Guinness again.

In terms of developing links to the local economies, perhaps Seth and I could meet and brainstorm with you at some point? We want to use this as a tool to strengthen what is already a fundamental strength about Rhode Island - food culture. I have some ideas and would love to hear others.
I really like what you are doing with Providence Palate.
Seems to me this social network has the potential to attract and engage a devoted membership. Especially so, if a strong enough connection is drawn between food and our local economies.
